On International Women’s Day I received the most incredible gift any hard working boss could get—an unsolicited “thank you letter” from my previous colleague for being her “first great boss.” I am not lying when I say I sobbed at my computer. As Director of Brand Creative at Airbnb, Claire Wigham, is clearly a smart woman. And I felt honored. But she’s smart for also creating an idea like this. To know I had such an impact on her was beyond touching, and incredibly validating. It was the perfect International Women’s Day idea. Bravo, Claire. You are officially my favorite.
